The collaboration does not end with the signing of the contract or with the installation of the system in the arena. What is most important to us is a long-term and constant collaboration with our customers to help them become a successful Laser Game attraction.

Next Tech, the sole manufacturer and supplier of all XRAID brand Laser Tag systems, guaranteesconstant support and assistance on all its products, directly or through its network of technicians and consultants, available by telephone 24 hours a day for emergencies or by email for all other consultancy.
Interventions on software or diagnostics can be carried out by connecting remotely, in order to make the system operational in a very short time. For hardware failures where professional intervention is necessary, simply send the equipment to the office, subject to RMA authorization, for repair or replacement of the part,within 2 working days of receipt, the equipment will be repaired and returned.
The technician's exit for emergency interventions that go beyond the cases mentioned above is guaranteed within 48 hours.
Each manager is supplied with an emergency supply consisting of the main spare parts of the laser game kit. When installing the system, the technician will explain to you how to carry out basic maintenance on the systems to be autonomous and always have the equipment in perfect working order.

The XRAID warranty does not cover:

Consumables such as score cards, membership cards, printer cartridges, manuals…

Damage to equipment resulting from acts of God, abuse, vandalism and damage caused by willful negligence.
Once the end of the warranty period is reached, Next Tech offers contract formulas for ongoing assistance and maintenance, relieving the manager of any worries regarding the maintenance of the XRAID system.
