Information on data processing - privacy

The information intends to describe the management methods of the site in relation to the processing of personal data of its visitors, which will be processed according to rules of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and non-excess pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679
Any personal data entered by visitors to request information on products or to contact the company will never be transferred or distributed to third parties, but used in full compliance with the fundamental principles dictated by the aforementioned standards.

Purpose of the treatment

The personal data provided by visitors may be processed by Next Technology srls solely for the following purposes:
– collection and storage of personal data in order to respond to requests for information and contact sent by users;
– collection and storage of personal data for the purpose of sending information by e-mail;
– internal processing of personal data for the definition of visitor profiles and for the development of the blog for marketing and promotional purposes.

Object of the treatment

The Data Controller processes personal, identifying data (for example, name, surname, company name, address, telephone, e-mail) communicated by users when completing the contact form or requesting information on products.

Data retention period

The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship

Processing methods

The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 Privacy Code and art. 4 no. 2) GDPR and precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. The processing of personal data carried out for the aforementioned purposes takes place using fully automated tools. The owner of the blog ensures and guarantees that the information processed does not include topics concerning sensitive data pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679. Therefore, any treatment that may directly or indirectly concern sensitive data will be excluded a priori.

Freedom to give consent and consequences of a refusal

The provision of personal data is optional. However, in case of refusal of consent for the purposes indicated above, the site will be unable to provide the information services for which it is requested, including registration on the blog itself.

Owner and manager of the treatment

The data controller is the owner of this site: Next Technology srls.
Responsible for the processing of personal data are the officials and subjects in charge of database management, in relation to the respective sector of competence.

Data communication

User data will not be disclosed.

Data access

User data may be made accessible for the purposes of processing:
– to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in their capacity as appointees;
– to other subjects (as an indication, credit institutions, professional firms, consultants, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, etc.) who carry out activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data processors.

Rights of the interested parties

In relation to the data being processed pursuant to this information, the interested party is granted all the rights pursuant to art. 15-21 of EU Regulation 2016/679:
Right of confirmation and access to the processing of personal data
Right to rectification and erasure of personal data (right to be forgotten)
Right to restriction of processing
Right to portability understood as the right to obtain data from the Data Controller in a structured format in common use and readable by an automatic device to transmit them to another Data Controller without impediments
Right to object to the processing of personal data
Right to withdraw consent at any time
Right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data

Cookie policy

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that are sent to your electronic device (PC, tablet, etc.) while browsing a website. The cookies are then sent back to the original website during each subsequent navigation, or transmitted to a different website that is able to recognize that specific cookie. They are not used for other purposes and are normally installed directly by the owner or manager of the website. They can be divided into navigation or session cookies and guarantee normal navigation and use of the website and its contents.
For the use and installation of these cookies it is not necessary to request any consent.

Advertising Cookies

Advertising cookies are installed to show site visitors content related to their preferences. They can therefore be used to show advertising content targeted to the interests of the person. These cookies work in collaboration with third-party sites and can keep track of previous navigation on pages on different domains. They usually keep track of the user's IP address as well as other information, some of which may be personally identifiable.

Google analytics

The site uses third-party performance cookies from Google Analytics (service offered by Google, Inc.) to allow anonymous collection and examination of visitor behavior while using the site and to improve its usability and experience of use.

Through the use of the Google Analytics panel, it is possible to understand whether the visits have been made by new or returning visitors, by verifying the navigation mode of the pages (entry link, exit link, movement between pages, permanence times, geographical origin, etc.)

The Google Analitycs service has been set up to use previously anonymised data with the anonymizeIp function, in order to hide the last part of the visitor's IP address.
