You definitely need staff to run the attraction. To set up the match, do the briefing and monitor the arena during the match you need to hire staff. Please note that our equipment is high-end state-of-the-art equipment and despite all safety and durability measures, players may damage the equipment and arena.

No specific qualifications are necessary for the staff. Like other companies, they need to be welcoming with good communication skills to attract more customers. We teach you and your staff how to set up and manage the game. Our system is very intuitive and easy to learn and can be set up and running with a few clicks.

Most match-related activities are handled automatically by the system. We also provide you with the know-how on how to manage your attraction and improve your business. If necessary, we can organize a shadowing period to learn about arena management alongside our professional and experienced attraction managers. Furthermore, we are always by your side to help you develop your business and grow as a member of the XRAID family.

We provide training for the owner, manager and staff in the use of the equipment, software and system, game mechanics, game and venue management, marketing and basic equipment repair and maintenance and of the system. We also provide you with on-site instructions during system installation and, if necessary, during the house opening so that you and your staff learn every detail about the operation. Upon request, we can schedule a manager shadowing event to work alongside our professional and experienced Laser Game managers for a couple of days.

If you don't have a specific attraction by type (e.g. children's playground), you can expect several groups. Most of Laser Game's customers are kids aged 8 to 20. However, you can also expect adult customers for birthday parties, corporate events, and family and friend gatherings.
