Yes, you can perform maintenance and cleaning on site. We provide you with a procedure to perform regular cleaning and maintenance of your equipment. Additionally, we can provide you with a spare parts kit, manual and training in case you need to perform some basic repair operations. Together with the installation of the system, the technician teaches how to carry out basic maintenance on the systems to be autonomous and have the equipment always in perfect working order. However, major repairs are carried out at our premises, where we have the necessary tools and technical knowledge available. Luckily, you won't have to use it often, as the XRIAD Laser Game is considered extremely reliable and durable.

The spare parts kit is an optional item in our price list. You can choose to order it with other equipment or at any time later.

If any equipment needs repair:

We provide you with spare parts and training to enable you to carry out a basic repair. Each attraction (on request) is equipped with a spare kit consisting of the main parts of the laser game equipment.
If any piece of equipment requires our technical intervention to repair it, it can be sent to us for repair or replacement.
If your equipment or system requires on-site intervention, we will send qualified and competent technicians to resolve the problem immediately.
